The anticipated salary range for this role is between $152,000.00 and $200,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. The role may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. In addition to cash compensation, SMBC offers a competitive portfolio of benefits to its employees.

The Deposit and Cash Management Relationship Manager will work with Relationship Managers to drive the bank's deposit and cash management growth. In this role, you will be the primary contact for commercial clients and all their depository needs. Utilizing your knowledge of cash management services, you will provide customized solutions that will enhance the clients' cash flow, account management, and fraud prevention. You'll work with RM's and independently to source deposit centric clients that will strengthen the bank's deposit base.
