Responsibilities

As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, you’ll:

  • Develop personalized speech-language treatment plans that make a measurable difference.

  • Implement innovative and engaging therapeutic strategies tailored to each resident’s goals.

  • Contribute to patient outcomes that go beyond expectations—and into everyday quality of life.

  • Complete essential documentation and support clinical excellence in every interaction.

This is a PRN position designed with flexibility in mind—perfect for professionals looking to make consistent contributions while balancing other commitments.

Qualifications

  • A degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.

  • A valid Iowa state license (or eligibility to obtain one).

  • A collaborative spirit and passion for working with older adults.

  • Experience in post-acute, rehab, or long-term care settings is helpful—but not required!
