Senior Project Manager (W/M)

As a Senior Project Manager at T-Systems, you will be responsible for managing both traditional and agile projects, leading teams of 5 to 20 members, and acting as the primary contact for clients. Your key duties will include overseeing project performance, managing finances, reporting project status, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met, and resolving any conflicts that arise during service delivery.

To qualify for the Senior Project Manager position at T-Systems, you should possess more than 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, a technical degree, and certifications such as PMP and ITIL. Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in the insurance industry are considered valuable assets, as well as fluency in English and a native or bilingual level of Portuguese.
