Job Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and financially savvy CFO specializing in fundraising and capital markets. This role is critical for securing non-debt funding through private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, and other alternative financing sources. The ideal candidate will have a strong deal-making background, excellent investor relations skills, and experience structuring complex financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fundraising & Capital Structuring
    • Lead equity financing, capital raises, and strategic funding initiatives.

  • Capital Markets & Financial Strategy

    • Optimize capital structure while balancing liquidity, risk, and return.
    • Stay updated on market trends, financial regulations, and investment opportunities.
  • Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management
    • Serve as the primary liaison with investors, analysts, and financial institutions.

    • Maintain transparency in financial disclosures and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.

  • Financial Leadership & Risk Management
    • Work closely with the executive team to align financial strategies with business objectives.

5+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, or capital markets (CFO or senior finance executive level preferred).
✔ Proven track record of raising capital through private equity, venture capital, and institutional investors.
✔ Strong experience in deal structuring, M&A, and financial negotiations.
✔ In-depth understanding of capital markets, corporate finance, and investment strategies.
✔ Excellent communication and investor relations skills.
✔ Advanced degree (MBA, CFA, CPA preferred).
