Greenhaven Estates Senior Living Community is currently seeking for a Resident Care Coordinator to care for our residents. This position is under the direction and supervision of the Executive Director. Supports the manager with training of new staff and resident care management planning. Responsible for ensuring proper compliance training and standards are met.

In this role, you’ll be under the guidance of our Executive Director, using your experience to elevate the standards of care for our residents. You’ll coordinate care plans, train new staff, and ensure that all operations comply with established regulations. Your day will be filled with valuable interactions, providing emotional and social support to residents, overseeing their medication audits, and maintaining meticulous resident records while ensuring their privacy. It’s a role where you will truly be the advocate for our residents’ dignity and independence, conducting regular assessments, coordinating appointments, and assisting residents with their daily living activities.
