  • Follow up and educate prospects and clients about the features & benefits of our products and services.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings to share updates and collaborate with the team.
  • Travel regularly within a 3-hour radius of Cochranton, PA, with occasional out-of-state projects.
  • Work flexible hours, splitting your time between the office and on the road.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in meeting sales goals, tracking results, and maintaining accurate records.

Our Ideal Commercial Roofing Outside Sales Representative:

  • Experienced: Possesses basic knowledge of roofing (including roofing safety) and commercial roofing, along with required construction and sales experience. Leadership or management experience is preferred, ideally with 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with basic computer skills; prior experience with CRM systems is helpful, and familiarity with CenterPoint is a plus.
  • Team Player: Works well with others, contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
  • Dependable & Honest: Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining integrity in all interactions.
  • Self-motivated & Positive: Driven to take the initiative while maintaining an optimistic and solution-focused mindset.
  • Strong Communicator: Effectively shares information with team members, clients, and management.
  • Active: Capable of performing manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs., and comfortable with physical activities such as standing, walking, climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crawling.
