NOW HIRING IN HARRISBURG, PA!!• *This role is required to be on-site 100% of the time**The role of the Division Manager is to provide the necessary leadership, guidance, and coaching of our healthcare claim follow-up and customer service staff, to enhance their knowledge, skills, abilities, and productivity, to meet all applicable performance standards, and consistently deliver effective and responsive services to our diverse client base.Duties Include:-New-hire recruitment and selection-Ongoing coaching and training of current staff-Provide support related to insurance billing, self-pay customer service, and overall account resolution for hospitals and physician groups-Audits staff to ensure compliance with company and client requirements-Learning a variety of patient accounting systems, specific client policies/procedures, and developing new and on-going training for both new and existing employeesHours will be Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm with 2 days required to be until 6pm. This is a 42-hour work week. No weekends or holidays required.Additional Skills & Qualifications-High School Diploma or GED required-Strong leadership and coaching skills-Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory/training role-Minimum of 3 y ears in the healthcare industry performing billing and claim follow up work-Excellent communication skills, both oral and written-Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)-Experience in conducting quality audits and tracking productivityPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
