In this exciting role, you will lead a talented team dedicated to enhancing our healthcare claim follow-up and customer service efforts. As a hands-on leader, you’ll be responsible for coaching and guiding your staff to help them develop their skills and boost productivity, enabling them to meet performance standards and deliver outstanding services to our diverse client base. Your day-to-day tasks will include recruiting new talent, ongoing staff training, and supporting critical operations related to insurance billing and account resolution for hospitals and physician groups. Auditing your team to ensure compliance with company policies is essential, and you’ll also play a key role in developing training programs specific to client needs. With a no-weekend schedule, Monday to Friday hours from 8 am to 5 pm (with some extended hours), this role is structured yet dynamic. You will need a high school diploma, strong leadership abilities, and a minimum of three years of experience in healthcare billing and claims.
