Description
Mission: The Link works with youth and young families to overcome the impacts of poverty and social injustice. Our 23 programs provide supportive housing, intensive case management services, and skills development to youth at risk of or experiencing homelessness, sex trafficking and/or involvement in the juvenile justice system. The Link prides itself on its innovative, youth-centered, strengths-based programming for youth and families as well as programs that are co-designed, implemented and overseen by youth.
Position Specifics
BASIC FUNCTION
This position provides overall direction for all financial management, accounting, single audit and budgeting functions for the agency. Develops financial procedures and directs their implementation. Prepares budgets and processes financial data. Manages all financial and accounting activities. Supervises accounting manager and oversees finance staff.

In this role, you will lead all financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards while managing and developing budgets across 25 programs. You’ll be responsible for preparing financial reports for our board of directors, overseeing the general financial activity, and acting as a financial liaison for program managers.
