About the Role
We’re hiring a Head of Growth to help build a better mental health system from the inside out — starting with the workforce that makes it possible.
At Lorenz Clinic, growth begins with clinician headcount. Without skilled, compassionate providers, we can’t fulfill our mission. That’s why the Head of Growth leads two core strategic efforts: attracting new clients through community partnerships and referral marketing, and attracting top clinical talent to sustain and expand our care model.
This is a cross-functional, high-ownership role where you’ll collaborate directly with the Founder & CEO and support Lorenz’s next chapter of mission-driven expansion. You’ll build agile marketing systems, optimize or reallocate a sizable PPC budget, lead referral strategy, and elevate Lorenz’s reputation as a top workplace for mental health professionals.

Salary Range: $110,000 – $150,000 depending on qualifications and experience
Performance Incentive: Eligible for an annual bonus of up to 20% of base salary, based on a balanced set of performance goals that reflect the dual growth mandate of this role. Key areas include:
