UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a talented UX/UI designer to join our design team. You will be taking the core part in projects along with the Creative Project Manager, which includes information architecture analysis, prototyping, creation of visual solutions, and overseeing the implementation of the projects. Our team is pursuing the following industries (but not limited to): Professional Services, including Financial and Accounting web-only applications; Digital Services: Human Resources, Remote & Hybrid work, Logistics and Transportation, and more. 

Hard skills:

  • Figma knowledge, including experience in components, features (autolayouts, constraints etc.), libraries, and design systems on an advanced level
  • Board collaboration/mind mapping tools experience (we use mostly FigJam)
  • Deep knowledge of HCD, UCD, and other methodologies
  • Experience in usability testing and analytics tools
  • Knowledge of WCAG
  • Can perform discovery and research to define the project concept and its UX architecture
  • Optional: UI animation experience
  • Optional: code-based prototype tools experience will be a plus (e.g., Framer)

  • Be ready to share and follow the team’s values and principles
  • Ability to independently fulfill tasks, make informed decisions and take responsibility for them
  • Provide meaningful reasoning for the design solutions
  • Make and receive productive feedback according to nonviolent communication principles
  • Passionate to learn and try new ideas
  • Be flexible and adaptive to a situative fast-paced environment
  • Be proactive, positive and upbeat, with a sense of ownership

Portfolio with strong visual cases (3+ complicated web applications - SaaS, CRM, ERP, admin, dashboards etc.) is compulsory (we need it beforehand, but in case of NDA, you may show it on the call).

 

Languages:

  • English: at least Upper-Intermediate (B2, all of our clients speak English, and our designers often participate in conversations)
  • Fluent Ukrainian.



Responsibilities:

  • Perform design tasks given by Design BA
  • Follow team design standards
  • Perform self-check on mockup quality
  • Provide full interface delivery according to the defined requirements
  • Communicate with development team on the mockups progress ansd updates along with Design BA
  • Perform UX research practices and UI concepting
  • Define with Design Lead personal growth tasks and plan
  • Be initiative on the new processes/standards/team activities
  • Find the ways of the product design improvements and provide alternative solutions
  • Estimate your design tasks and update Design BA on the progress and updates
  • Participate in client meetings
