You are an experienced Senior Project Manager with 15+ years’ experience, seeking your next step or are currently working in a similar role within a comparable environment. You’re motivated to join a growing and dynamic team.  

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. In this impactful role, you will be providing leadership and direction, actively embedding and promoting the purpose, values, and vision of Turner & Townsend.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale mechanical construction projects from planning to completion. With over 15 years of expertise, you’ll ensure project success by managing design reviews, contracts, schedules, risks, and costs while collaborating with diverse stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility and constructability reviews of mechanical design and tender documents.
• Oversee tendering processes, evaluate bids, and recommend contract awards.
• Manage project risks, costs, and schedules, ensuring alignment with mechanical engineering objectives.
• Inspect mechanical site work for compliance and resolve technical issues to advance construction.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineers and contractors, to monitor progress and ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• P.Eng
• 15+ years of experience in large-scale construction project management.
• Expertise in scheduling, cost control, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Ability to obtain secret clearance with the Canadian Government
