Responsibilities: Develop and refine product vision, understand customer needs, create innovative product solutions, collaborate on content strategies, lead go-to-market initiatives, and advance product management processes.
Skills: 8+ years in product management or strategy, strategic analysis, innovation in product development, education expertise, and exceptional communication skills.
Qualifications: MBA or equivalent experience is preferred, with a strong focus on B2C, experience with AI product features, and a record of successfully launching products.
Location: The position can be performed anywhere in the United States, except for specified states.
Compensation: $130000 - $150000 / Annually

Summary
The Princeton Review (TPR) is seeking Directors of Product Strategy to set the vision and strategy for two product areas:
Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, each Director will be responsible for determining the overall direction of a product suite, serving our customers’ needs and business outcomes in line with our mission to support learners in gaining access to their next opportunity in life. Each Director will play a pivotal role in leading The Princeton Review through its critical next phase of product growth and transformation.

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year, based on a 40 hour work week.
