Key Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to local businesses via phone (using their tools) to schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
Assess leads by asking targeted questions to identify genuine business needs.
Collaborate with sales colleagues to provide context and insights for smoother client conversations.
Maintain organized, up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM.
Stay informed about our tech offerings to address basic prospect questions.
Achieve consistent results by meeting weekly and monthly appointment goals.
Must-haves:
5+ years in B2B outbound calling, focusing on lead generation and appointment setting.
Experience identifying and qualifying prospects for technical solutions.
Polished communication skills to build trust and articulate value quickly.
Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume outreach.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and dialing systems.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to collaboration.
