Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree in business or a business-related field
Relevant industry experience
Commitment to working with diverse populations
Willingness to learn and develop competency in classroom technology
Willingness to teach within coordinated course environments
Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Prior teaching experience in higher education or a College of Business setting, including online classes
Demonstrated evidence of teaching excellence and significant creation of instructional materials or methods
Prior experience with Blackboard course management systems, Turning Point Clickers, and video conferencing
Experience creating online content, including familiarity with video production software
5 years or more of practical experience
