Requirements

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You: 

  • Are at least 21 years old, able to pass a background check, and hold both a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. Furthermore, it's essential that you have maintained a clean driving record, with no convictions for DWI or any other impaired driving offenses in the last three years.
  • Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.  
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances. 
  • Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.

Responsibilities

Your Role as a Bus Driver:  As a childcare bus driver, you will ensure the safe transportation of children to and from our facilities. In addition to your driving duties, you may will also serve as a teacher, working to create a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Your responsibilities include assisting in guiding young learners, planning engaging activities, and cultivating strong partnerships with parents through open communication.
