Are you a motivated sales professional with a knack for healthcare and a talent for forging connections? We are seeking a dynamic Practitioner Recruitment Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our network of integrative health practitioners. You will help practitioners integrate with our managed care services offered through top healthcare payors while emphasizing the value and benefit of offering their services to millions of health plan patients nationwide.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Outreach and Recruitment: Proactively identify and engage with integrative health practitioners through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods. Effectively communicate the benefits of joining our network and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs and successfully meet company sales and performance metrics.
  • Strategic Sales Approach: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to address challenges and overcome objections and negotiate. Adapt your approach based on the needs and responses of potential practitioners.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with practitioners to ensure a smooth onboarding process and long-term satisfaction.
  • CRM Management: Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track interactions, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records. Ensure all data is up-to-date and reflects current activities and outcomes.
  • Problem Solving: Independently identify and address issues or obstacles that arise during the recruitment process. Demonstrate creativity in finding solutions and adapting strategies to meet performance metrics or sales.
  • Detail Orientation: Maintain high attention to detail in all aspects of your role, including communications, data entry, and contract management, to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree or higher in a business, sales, or communication-related field is preferred. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a healthcare sales or recruitment role, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and think strategically to problem solve and close sales.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable with a passion for healthcare and practitioner engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to skillfully negotiate and pivot strategies and approaches based on feedback and results.

The salary range for this opportunity is $41,200 to $54,900 per year. Compensation depends on several factors: qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
