Job Description

The purpose of the role is to be design and deliver training for our Customers, Internals and Partners. 

The ID supports the Lead ID and researches and scripts training material, recording all training and supporting the creation and management of assets such as action maps, learning objectives, outlines, storyboarding and other documents.  Usually working on 1-2 projects at a time.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • Attends stakeholder/SME meetings with either the Project Manager or Lead ID to understand requirements and input into solutions best suited for the customer needs, using the processes developed
  • Designs and develops training and curricula supported by the Lead ID
  • Develops interactive and immersive content utilizing all tools available
  • SME collaboration and knowledge transfer
  • Develop content that delivers high CSAT scores
  • Can recommend technologies and methodologies for creating content
  • Identify service improvements in processes and other areas
  • Maintains and updates learning content
  • Be an advocate and carry the flag for quality and innovation in our content
  • Provides support services for content where required

Qualifications

  • Degree level or postgraduate qualifications are desirable, particularly in a relevant field 
  • Proven experience as an instructional designer, instructor or content creation or similar for a minimum of 1.5 years
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools
  • Experience developing lessons, curricula and small training programs
  • Worked for a software company in a similar position
