Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and skilled Culinary Attendant to join our team in Baltimore. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food service with a focus on grill operations while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.

  • Operate and maintain grill station equipment while preparing food items according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Monitor food quality and presentation throughout service periods
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding work areas
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service operations
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Perform regular equipment cleaning and maintenance
  • Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels for grill station
  • Assist in food preparation during peak periods
  • Comply with all health department regulations and company food safety policies

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current Food Handler's certification required
  • ServSafe certification preferred
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in food service or grill operations
  • Demonstrated proficiency in grill operation and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
  • Basic knife skills and kitchen equipment operation experience
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills
  • Basic math skills for recipe measurements and inventory
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
