JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing high quality service to our associates to include all aspects of the payroll process, time keeping and associate education. Will be responsible for bi-weekly payroll processing, garnishment processing, federal and state compliance, and review and reconciliation of final payroll submission. Will assist with quarterly payroll corrections and year end W-2 review and reconciliation. Also responsible for completing special projects as assigned. This position is responsible for supporting the mission, vision and values of Upstream Rehabilitation.

In this essential role, you will be the backbone of our payroll process, ensuring our associates receive high-quality service throughout every aspect of payroll, including timekeeping and education. Your responsibilities will encompass bi-weekly payroll processing, garnishment management, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. You'll also review and reconcile final payroll submissions, assist with quarterly corrections, and handle year-end W-2 tasks. Your exceptional attention to detail will shine as you manage payroll processes for all associates, ensuring accuracy while providing support with positive communication. With a friendly and engaging demeanor, you’ll respond to emails and calls in a timely manner, providing education as needed. Your leadership skills will assist in training associates on using our timekeeping system while you make sure all associate data remains accurate in our HRIS.
