Job Description

The CRE Director of Portfolio Management Solutions understands our organization needs a stronger focus risk management, portfolio management and financial impact/improvement, to lead in the financial improvement and planning space.

As corporate real estate becomes more critical to our ongoing efficiencies and operations, the importance of having an enterprise approach to financial accuracy in strategies that maximize opportunities becomes even more critical. Our business lines depend on Corporate Real Estate’s guidance to grow effectively while maximizing the footprint, and strategical administration of leases, as such a heightened need for innovative financial occupancy planning/ forecasting/ capital planning skills has been identified for the organization, this new role will run operations and fiscal planning for the group’s efficiency priorities over the course of the next 18 months. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Real Estate financial operations for the division responsible for an annual plan of non-interest expense of $750 million and an annual capital plan of $250 million

  • Lead division activities for occupancy planning/ forecasting/capital planning

  • Primary partner for strategic lease administration consolidation efficacy

  • Develop, implement, and manage controls to ensure all division activities stay on plan and achieve desired financial targets

  • Primary interface for division to CFO office to create an improved level of communication and develop a seamless data flow to lead to a greater level of accuracy and precision

  • Create financial guidelines and templates used for all real estate activities such as consolidations, new projects, and re-developments

  • Manage property and lease administration to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance

  • Drive cross functional strategic initiatives for transformation through data analysis and dashboard development

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $164,390.00 - $193,400.00 - $212,740.00
