Diseñar, ejecutar y optimizar estrategias de comunicación y conversión a través de canales propios como email, SMS, push notifications, IVR y medios in-app, con el fin de mejorar KPIs clave como activación, retención, payback y valor de vida del cliente (LTV).
Esta plaza estará enfocada en el desarrollo de flujos de premora y cobranza por audiencias que busquen optimizar costos e incrementar payback.

In this dynamic role, you will design, implement, and optimize communication and conversion strategies across our owned channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, IVR, and in-app media. Your primary goal will be to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) like activation, retention, payback, and customer lifetime value (LTV). This role is perfectly tailored for someone eager to focus on developing automated flows for debt collection and audiences looking to optimize costs while boosting payback. With a competitive salary ranging from $1,250 to $1,500, you’ll be responsible for creating segmented communication flows that address customer behavior and lifecycle stages. You’ll leverage CRM/Marketing Automation platforms to execute multi-channel campaigns and continually measure channel performance across opens, clicks, conversions, and attributed revenue. Collaborate with our Growth, Creativity, and Product teams to align content efforts and enhance user experience. Take charge in building and maintaining performance dashboards while recommending improvements rooted in data analytics.
