Own Media Specialist

🧠 Especialista en Optimización de Medios Propios

Objetivo del Puesto:

Diseñar, ejecutar y optimizar estrategias de comunicación y conversión a través de canales propios como email, SMS, push notifications, IVR y medios in-app, con el fin de mejorar KPIs clave como activación, retención, payback y valor de vida del cliente (LTV).

Esta plaza estará enfocada en el desarrollo de flujos de premora y cobranza por audiencias que busquen optimizar costos e incrementar payback.

Responsabilidades:
Diseñar flujos automatizados de comunicación segmentados según el comportamiento y etapa del cliente.
Gestionar la plataforma de CRM/Marketing Automation para ejecutar campañas multicanal (ej. Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, etc.).
Medir y optimizar el desempeño de cada canal en términos de aperturas, clics, conversiones y revenue atribuido.
A/B testing constante de mensajes, asuntos, tiempos de envío y segmentaciones.
Trabajar en conjunto con el equipo de Growth, Creatividad y Producto para alinear esfuerzos de contenido e interfaz.
Construir y mantener dashboards de performance y propuestas de mejora.

Requisitos:
2+ años de experiencia en manejo de medios propios o CRM automation.
Conocimiento práctico de herramientas como: Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Customer.io, Mailchimp, entre otras.
Dominio de Excel/Sheets y herramientas de visualización como Looker, Tableau o similares.
Capacidad analítica para tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
Pensamiento estructurado y experiencia en growth loops o funnels de conversión.
Conocimientos básicos de HTML/CSS para edición de templates de emails es un plus.

Incremento en el porcentaje de Payback.
Tasa de apertura, clic y conversión por canal.
Tasa de activación de usuarios nuevos mediante medios propios.
Aumento en la retención por cohortes gracias a flujos automatizados.

Reducción del CAC al apalancar canales propios de forma eficiente.
