Analyst, Talent Brand & Marketing Program Mgmt - job 7 of 11

We are seeking a motivated and innovative Recruitment Marketing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support the creation, implementation, and management of strategies to attract top talent to our organization. You will work closely with our People and Marketing departments to develop compelling employer brand stories aligned with our Employee Value Proposition, execute recruitment marketing campaigns, and assist in managing our Employee Advocacy program in alignment with Visa's market growth.

Essential Functions

  • Assist in developing and implementing recruitment marketing strategies aligned with our company's goals and values.
  • Collaborate with PBP, Talent Acquisition Leads, and Marketing teams to create and promote compelling employer branding stories.
  • Support the management and optimization of recruitment marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, job boards, etc.).
  • Help coordinate projects, delegate tasks, and collaborate with multiple workstreams within the job area.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of recruitment marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve and optimize efforts.
  • Stay informed about recruitment marketing best practices and industry trends, especially within region, and apply this knowledge to our strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistency in our employer branding/EVP activation.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining our careers page and other recruitment-related content on our website and social media platforms.
  • Support the embedding of our employee value proposition into the talent acquisition lifecycle, including internal and external collateral.
  • Continuously champion Visa's core messaging by educating both internal and external audiences about our Employee Value Proposition. Provide necessary support, training, and guidance to reinforce our commitment to our employees and their value.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
