As part of this strategy, we are aligning operational functions into a single area focused on providing world-class support. The Event Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of events. This position supports the Senior Event Operations Specialist and the Lead, Events and Video Production Specialist in ensuring seamless event operations. The Event Operations Specialist handles logistical details, provides on-site support, and ensures that all aspects of the event run smoothly and efficiently.
This role places the successful candidate at the forefront of end-user interactions. This position requires technical versatility, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 60% or more of the time based on business needs.
