Visa Corporate Technology Support has embarked on a significant transformation, rethinking how we provide operational support for the services we deliver to our end users. As part of this strategy, we are aligning operational functions into a single area focused on providing world-class support. The Sr. Manager, Events and Video Production Operations leads the Events and Video Production Support team, ensuring seamless end-to-end event operations, including live streaming, video production, and on-site support. This role oversees coordination with Executive IT and external vendors to deliver high-quality, impactful events. The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, managing the team, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

This role places the successful candidate at the forefront of end-user interactions. This position requires technical versatility, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions

  • Team Management:
    • Manage and mentor the Events and Video Production team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Develop and implement strategies for scalable, high-quality event support.
    • Act as the primary escalation point for complex event or production challenges.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with Executive IT on high-profile executive events to ensure technical readiness and seamless execution.
    • Coordinate with external vendors to manage budgets, vendor contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Operational Oversight:
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and post-event analysis of all events and video productions.
    • Monitor team metrics, identify areas for improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure all events meet the organization's standards for quality and impact.
  • Budget and Vendor Management:
    • Oversee budget management, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
