The Services Digitization organization is focused on the design, development, and delivery of products that elevate the client experience, making engagement with Visa simple, intuitive, and rewarding.

 

Essential Functions

The User Experience (UX) Designer will be responsible for delivering end-to-end user experience designs for the Services Digitization team, responsible for Visa’s client-facing portals, to drive consistency, usability, and customer centricity.

S(he) will operate as part of a CX team and product team within Client Services to bring the customer voice into the business and deliver differentiated customer experiences. The User Experience Designer will work closely with product managers and other key stakeholders across Client Services to identify user needs and pain points and should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems in complex use case scenarios. A strong portfolio of successful UX projects is essential. This role requires a UX designer who’s experienced at taking complex user tasks and transforming them into intuitive, beautiful and accessible user experiences.

The designer will work alongside the product team to build in-depth understanding of client and user needs, pain points and jobs to be done by leveraging research findings, behavioral analytics, customer interaction data and insights. S(he) will contribute to customer experience requirements for new solutions, and will partner with Product Management, Global Design, and Platform Delivery teams to bring new self-service experiences to life.

  • Prototyping

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
