About Visa: Visa is renowned for its payments network and robust risk and fraud capabilities. However, what is less well understood is the depth of experience and technical capabilities in the cyber space. This newly created role will be responsible for building a new commercial business and truly establishing Visa as a leading provider of payment-adjacent cyber solutions.


Role Overview: The VP, Head of Cyber Products is a senior role responsible for the development and commercialization of a portfolio of existing capabilities and the development of a new portfolio of products in the cyber domain. This role will drive the strategic direction, product development, and market positioning of Visa's cyber products, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the commercialization of existing cyber capabilities and the development of new cyber products in partnership with Visa’s CISO team, Technology and Risk teams.
•Develop and execute a strategic plan to establish Visa as a leading provider of payment-adjacent cyber solutions.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and market differentiation.
•Build and manage a high-performing team to support the growth and success of the cyber products portfolio.
•Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive revenue growth and market share.
•Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
•Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
