New role positioned to drive operational excellence, execute strategy, mentor an experienced team and creatively grow a strong business.

About the team

We are the memory makers! We represent every holiday and cultural event on the calendar and bring them to life in close partnership with 1P and Site Merchandising (Category, Campaigns & Events, Editorial), and Business Development

What You'll Do

  • Manage and improve our KPIs

  • Mentor Seasonal Account Management team of 4 across all calendar events, growing Seller and Category GMV, Digital Penetration, and fostering creativity to capture marketshare

  • Support our Big Bet Initiatives on and off the product roadmap

What You'll Bring

  • A sense of fun and a willingness to learn how the customer shops for Seasonal Décor.  Bonus points if you can think in 3 holidays at once and have a bin of decorations for every holiday.

  • Team leadership to support pre-season prep and in-season execution on a constantly revolving calendar. Encouraging pivots when needed.

  • Keen understanding of how products and sellers show up on site and improvements to be had

  • Strong analytical mindset to dig out trends and shine a light on opportunities
