What You'll Do…
Manage and improve our KPIs
Mentor Seasonal Account Management team of 4 across all calendar events, growing Seller and Category GMV, Digital Penetration, and fostering creativity to capture marketshare
Support our Big Bet Initiatives on and off the product roadmap
What You'll Bring…
A sense of fun and a willingness to learn how the customer shops for Seasonal Décor. Bonus points if you can think in 3 holidays at once and have a bin of decorations for every holiday.
Team leadership to support pre-season prep and in-season execution on a constantly revolving calendar. Encouraging pivots when needed.
Keen understanding of how products and sellers show up on site and improvements to be had
Strong analytical mindset to dig out trends and shine a light on opportunities

Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-04397/San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
