Our Service Writers open and close repair orders, inputting data into the computer for work orders, answering phones, and providing customer service to company drivers and owners/operators in the form of providing updates on the status of their repairs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Open and enter TWC’s into repair orders.

Close out repair orders when work is completed.

Input all work done, on particular work orders, into the computer.

Answer phones and inform drivers when unITS will be completed

Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.

Assist in cleaning other areas, such as, bathrooms, break rooms, hallways, outside policing, and any other area that may need to be designated at a later date.

Assist in performing any task outside those not listed in primary job functions

The expected starting pay range for this position is $18.83 - $25.10 per hour. Offers determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
