Westgate River Ranch Resort & Rodeo provides you with the unique opportunity to meet and greet with guests who share your enthusiasm for the great outdoors at our authentic Florida dude ranch, which lies on 1,700 beautiful acres overlooking the scenic Kissimmee River and just one hour South of Orlando. Job Description

As a Housekeeping Manager, you will:

  • Respond quickly to guest requests and follow-ups
  • Supervise and motivate all housekeeping personnel with daily supervision to include staffing, training, discipline, scheduling, and visually monitoring performance to ensure adherence to all service and productivity standards to provide guest satisfaction
  • Participate in interviewing and hiring team members with the appropriate skills
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and performance
  • Manage the procurement and inventory of linen and supplies to ensure operational efficiency
  • Develop and administer work schedules to optimize team coverage and productivity
  • Maintain the highest levels of quality by utilizing innovative strategies resulting in the highest levels of cleanliness resort-wide

Qualifications

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license to operate company golf carts
  • Westgate Resorts is a Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace. Except where prohibited by law, applicants who smoke or use tobacco products will not be considered for positions at Westgate
  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
  • Minimum of one year of experience in housekeeping management
  • Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills such as data entry, email management, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
