What Will You Do?

  • Optimize landing pages, sales funnels, and Google & Meta ad campaigns to boost lead generation and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to improve user experience and performance.
  • Analyze heatmaps, user recordings, and data to refine layouts, CTAs, and creatives.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and paid ads specialists to implement CRO-driven improvements.
  • Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, cost per conversion, and funnel efficiency.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, VWO, and Looker Studio for analysis and reporting.
  • (Preferred, not required) Explore AI tools to enhance content and design performance.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization or related field.
  • Work experience in a digital marketing (advertising) agency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a relevant field.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills at a professional level.
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing, heatmaps, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads optimization.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, VWO, or similar.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and ad specialists.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with AI-driven content and design tools.
  • Knowledge of email marketing CRO.
  • Client-facing experience.

Work Timings:

  • 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday).
