Are you a strategic HR professional with expertise in organisational design, people analytics, and business transformation? We are looking for a proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and play a key role in shaping our workforce strategy.

Job Description

About the Role:

As a People / HR Business Partner you will provide HR Generalist support, you will work closely with senior leaders to drive organisational development and People strategy. This is a permanent, full-time position based from our office in Newcastle-under-Lyme however some travel to different locations in the UK dependant on business needs, so candidates must be willing and able to travel.

Your role will involve:

  • Leveraging people analytics to inform strategic HR decisions and workforce planning.
  • Assisting with the design and implementation of organisational structures that align with business objectives.
  • Leading change management initiatives to support business growth
  • Support implementation of leadership development, training and succession planning.
  • Supporting employee engagement, DEI initiatives, and HR compliance in line with UK employment laws
  • Provide insights on compensation strategies, salary benchmarking, and benefits programs.
  • Collaborate with wider People team to align rewards and incentives with business goals.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

We are looking for a new team member who will ideally be CIPD level 5 qualified or have equivalent experience. You should have a proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. You should also have HR Generalist experience with a specific passion for People Analytics and/or Organisational development.

Additional Information

Working Hours: This is a full-time role, usually Monday to Friday – 9am – 5pm.
