Job Summary As a mid-level AI / Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll shape our intelligent automation and analytical capabilities. From building data pipelines to deploying ML models, you’ll enable data-driven features that set us apart in the global HR tech space.

What you’ll do as a Mid-Level AI / ML Engineer…

Design, train, and optimize machine learning models for various use cases (recommendations, NLP, etc.).
Implement data pipelines and ETL processes to support model training.
Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to bring ML features into production.
Integrate and maintain ML services on cloud platforms.
Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and iterate for improvement.
Stay updated on cutting-edge AI/ML research and frameworks.

What we’re looking for…

3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
Proficiency in Python or another high-level programming language.
Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and cloud ML services.
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and model deployment best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in an agile, fast-paced environment is a plus.
