Are you a senior front-end innovator with a proven track record of delivering high-performance, visually stunning user experiences? We’re seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer with expert-level React skills to take ownership of the front-end development lifecycle and elevate our platforms to new heights.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Front-End Development: Take ownership of front-end architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and excellence in every project.
• Design Exceptional Interfaces: Develop responsive, intuitive, and visually engaging web interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern development principles.
• Build for Scale: Design and implement robust, modular, and scalable front-end systems that can grow with evolving product needs.
• Ensure Code Excellence: Drive high-quality standards in front-end codebases through architectural planning, code reviews, and scalable design patterns.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to shape innovative, user-centric solutions.
• Optimize Performance: Ensure seamless functionality, scalability, and lightning-fast performance across devices and platforms.
• Mentor and Inspire: Guide junior developers, share best practices, and elevate the technical proficiency of the team.
• Push the Envelope: Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing cutting-edge tools and techniques to keep our platforms at the forefront of front-end innovation.

Who You Are:

You’re a seasoned front-end expert with a passion for innovation, a sharp eye for detail, and a drive to solve complex challenges:

• Proven Track Record: 6+ years of experience in front-end development with expert knowledge of React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Architectural Visionary: Extensive experience with modern front-end architecture and state management tools like Redux.
• Scalability Mindset: Demonstrated ability to architect and build scalable UI components and front-end systems for high-growth applications.
• Problem Solver: Exceptional debugging and performance optimization skills with a knack for overcoming complex technical challenges.
• AI-Enhanced Workflow: Experience using AI tools like Cursor or similar to boost productivity, enhance code quality, and streamline development workflows.
• Leader and Collaborator: Strong leadership abilities with exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to cross-functional collaboration. Bonus Points
• Experience with Material-UI, Next.js, micro frontends, or contributing to open-source projects.
• Expertise in building design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for front-end applications.
