We are currently looking for a Trainee OR Junior Product Manager to join our Website team. You will work closely with a Product Manager to support daily operational tasks to steer our e-commerce growth to new heights.

Your Tasks

As a Trainee/Junior Product Manager, together with a Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in optimising our website’s usability and conversion. You’ll be actively involved in product discovery and business analysis, collaboration with designer and developers, website QA, A/B testing, and process improvements to drive business impact.

  • Support the roadmap and execution of our website’s product lifecycle.

  • Use data-driven insights to identify and prioritize optimization opportunities.

  • Define requirements for new website features and oversee their implementation.

  • Coordinate across teams to ensure timely project completion.

  • Provide daily operational support to the Product Manager, designers and developers.

Your Profile

We welcome applicants with varying levels of experience. Junior candidates should have 1+ years of experience as a Project or Business Development Manager, ideally in an e-commerce environment or high-growth startup. While a Trainee can be a recent graduate with relevant Internship or Working Student experience and a strong eagerness to learn.

General Requirements:

  • Proven track record in managing websites, working with designers, developers and content managers.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.

  • Interest in e-commerce trends, UX, product analytics, growth strategies.

  • Excellent English skills. Language proficiency in German, Italian, Spanish, French, Polish, or Korean are a plus.

  • Previous experience with Shopify is an advantage.
