I'm a mission-driven, venture-backed entrepreneur, and a life-long champion of diverse voices. Prior to founding Rise, I was an operator, strategist, and advisor to companies like L'Oréal, Greenhouse, Klarna, Bain Capital, the AARP, and more. I started Rise to empower professionals to go further, faster, and on their own terms. Over 3 million people visit Rise each year to support their job search. Over the years, I have been featured in Forbes, Fast Company, Business Insider, and other media outlets. Rise has also been recognized by Forbes as a Next 1000 company, Cartier as a Top 10 Female Founded Company in North America, JP Morgan as a Woman on the Move, and Barclays as a leader for the Future of Work. A Wharton grad, I also serve on the board of WAFFA (Wharton Alumnae Founders & Funders Association). Lastly, I am a Professor of Marketing at the Frank J. Guarini School of Business at St. Peter's University where I teach MBA-level coursework in Marketing,
I met Vivian when I was in NYC and fell in love with the mission of Rise. Soon after, I joined the team and ran community and marketing, including putting on our events in Austin and Boston. I am so grateful to have been a part of Rise, an amazing company with a true-hearted lady boss who runs it!
