Pros
Lots of growth, autonomy, a ton of change, really great people work here, everyone cares, and the concept truly helps hospitality folks and ease some pain.Cons
Not a lot- the constant change of a start-up can be a lot for people, not really a con, however change and adaptation has to be be something that you enjoy and thrive in or this would not be a good fit for you.
