- work from anywhere first, half of the company is remote - lean holding company structure, which allows people to stretch beyond their job title and take on new career opportunities - public company with a startup mentality - great people and culture - innovative business idea with so much potential - very flat organization & structure. Most people have a no task too big or too small attitude - CEO & CFO are both extremely bright, great leaders and inspiringCons
