-Company works hard to provide the best experience for the families and children they work with -Benefits are affordable and provide great coverage -Company has a relationship with an online college that offers degrees at a discounted rate for employees that work with achieve beyond -Supervisors are always available and provide support when needed -The company always tries to promote from within so there is always room for growth; they check in with employees regularly to see what our goals are and how they can help support those long term goals -Company overall does a lot to try and create a positive environment for their employees and providers; they often reach out to their employees and therapists to get feedback on how they can improve as a companyCons
