Help growing businesses make meaningful connections with their customers.
Pros
I've found that you get out what you put in at AC. I have never felt more empowered to have my voice be heard at the leadership table. My manager gives me complete autonomy of my workload, encourages me to take on additional projects traditionally not within the scope of my role and affords me the opportunity to participate in various professional development trainings. One of our values is to "iterate everything always" and for me knowing that the first version doesn't have to be perfect lends itself to a more collaborative working environment - our processes can change and grow as our business does. With the addition of our new President to the executive leadership team (~1 year go) I believe he is taking the company in an exciting direction that will promote growth for our customers and our employees alike. Leadership doesn't claim to be perfect, but what I find encouraging is their willingness to take ownership when we've done something wrong and open the door for suggested solutions on how we can do better. I also think a great pro is our parental leave and open PTO - the flexibility there is a terrific benefit for better work-life balance.Cons
