Since I've started at the agency, you can tell that Affect really cares and values their employees, and their company culture is top-notch. They really want to support and help employees learn and grow while at the agency, providing many helpful professional development sessions led by both members of the internal team and outside professionals. It is a place where I feel comfortable going to almost anyone on the team to ask a question or seek their guidance. In addition to many company benefits like summer Fridays, team get-togethers, and 2 PTO days for volunteering, Affect has an extremely supportive environment and is truly a great place to work.Cons
If you aren't well-versed in certain fields - it may take some learning and getting used to their client roster.
