Pros

Very friendly culture. You can reach out to anyone with questions and co-workers are happy to help. Full remote work for most projects Education match

Cons

Many people are brought as full-time employees, for the length of their contract. After the contract (normally 18 months) ends, work is not always guaranteed BUT management is quite good at sourcing new contracts

Career Paths

AG Consulting Partners actively supports employee career growth, while honoring the priorities of our consultants throughout the stages of their career. We offer two distinct career paths, Expertise-Based and Management Consulting.

Engagement Survey

At AG Consulting Partners, we take pride in putting our people first so they can bring their best in consulting. Every year we measure Employee Engagement and Satisfaction through an anonymous company-wide survey.  

Our survey measured six key components of employee satisfaction and engagement: 1) Compensation; 2) Management; 3) Learning & Development Opportunities; 4) Career Path; 5) Work; and 6) Culture.  Employees measured statements across all six categories on a scale of 1 (strongly disagree) to 6 (strongly agree). We are proud to share the vast majority of the feedback we received was very positive. Here are some of the highlights: 

  • 85% of responses were positive with “Strongly Agree” being the most common response (49%) and “Agree” being the second most common response (36%). 
  • Employees responded most positively to factors regarding Management and Culture with an average score of 5.5 and 5.46 respectively. 

As a people first organization, we strive to continuously incorporate our learnings to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing honest feedback.
