Pros

AGS really cares about their employees. Its a large company with all the perks and benefits of a large company, but has the small mom and pop feel to it at the same time. That's a rare combination!

Cons

I honestly cannot name a thing.

Our Mission: We will foster a creative and collaborative work environment by encouraging people to speak up, by respecting different people, perspectives, and points of view, and by celebrating our uniqueness. The AGS I.D.E.A. Squad is focused on advancing four key issues:

  • Creating opportunities in underprivileged communities.
  • Encouraging diversity of thought.
  • Promoting education on the topics of racism and discrimination.
  • Celebrating diversity across multiple channels.

Among many diversity and inclusion-focused initiatives underway in the communities where we have offices and employees, our team members are mentoring youth from underrepresented backgrounds to provide guidance, motivation, emotional support, and role modeling. This is one way that we are investing in the next generation and creating opportunities for the underprivileged that will go a long way towards advancing diversity.
