A very friendly workspace and work environment overall. There's room for growth and improvement thanks to very supportive teams and transparency inside the company. The adopted is a flat hierarchy and the co-founders are very responsive and close to their talents, ensuring constant improvement and working on fixing on ensuring talent retention and satisfaction.Cons
