My time at A&B was excellent. The partners cared about the associates, the firm culture was good, and the flagship office in Atlanta was tremendous. Although I didn't see friends from other practice groups all that often, the firm genuinely made an effort to hire good people and I got to know other attorneys in passing, at firm events, or even riding up on the elevator. If you're going to work big law hours, A&B is about as good as it gets.Cons
During my time, the bonus structure was heavily discussed and many associates were not pleased with it, but I believe it's been revised since I left.Alston & Bird Awards & Accolades
