management treats staff with an adversarial mentality. work life balance is brutal and solutions to these issues are dismissed by management as unimportant. fiscally misguided org that misallocates what little funds they do agree to spend on ridiculous initiatives. little to no career growth. senior leadership has instilled a culture of organizational arrogance. senior management has turned to whitewashing and virtue signalling as an alternative to individual accountability. safety department has very little integrity remaining and appears to exist primarily to find ways to deflect organizational failures on to individuals. little effort is made by safety department to protect front line workers from legitimate hazards, razor thin budgets have created an ethical paradox that mandates savings over safety.
