The year's I have been with Ameriflex have been amazing. I have been allowed to express my thoughts, visions and suggestions to my team. I am always supported in every aspect of my duties and responsibilities and most of all respected. My manager dedicates time to me to talk about things I am working on, any items my manager needs to be informed of, any questions on how to handle certain things and more all with open dialog and communication. Together my department collaborates on ways to make Ameriflex and the other departments grow in all aspects to support our values and virtues everyday.Cons
