Pros

I have worked at many different companies throughout the years and I will say by far Ana Luisa has been the most supportive and fun environment I've experienced in a professional capacity. You also feel really seen and appreciated as a human being and not just as a resource/asset. What I loved: - My manager (and the leadership in general). They really care about your professional growth at AL and you as a person. They also feel accessible and non-intimidating. The CEO even took the time out to reach out to me for a coffee chat during my onboarding. - Open communication/transparency. I never felt afraid to bring up concerns about current processes or improvements that needed to be made. - The support. If there was an issue, I felt reassured that as a team we would figure it out. - No egos. Everybody at AL is hardworking, smart but humble as can be as well. - The people. The people were the warmest, most inviting people I've ever worked with AND they knew how to have FUN.

Cons

Not a con per se, but be aware that it is a startup. As a result, it is not the most structured work environment and priorities and processes are every changing. It is not a place to work for people who expect to plug in and plug out. I certainly enjoyed the excitement of figuring things out and trying new things, but it may not be for everyone.
