Women's Forum (Lean In Circles):

The Women's Forum within THRIVE aims to empower and support women in our organization. Through Lean In Circles, we provide a platform for women to connect, share experiences, and inspire one another. These circles foster professional growth, leadership development, and promote gender equality in the workplace.

Employee Resource Groups:

As part of THRIVE, we establish Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to create a sense of belonging and representation for different communities within our organization. These groups play a vital role in promoting diversity, understanding cultural differences, and fostering an inclusive environment for all.

Employee Awareness Programs:

In line with our commitment to equity and inclusion, THRIVE organizes Employee Awareness Programs. These programs aim to raise awareness about various topics such as unconscious bias, cultural sensitivity, mental health, and more. We strive to enhance understanding, promote empathy, and cultivate an inclusive mindset across our organization through these sessions.

AppViewX was conceptualized in 2009 with the vision of resolving application-based challenges through application-based solutions. Our founders, who were engaged with global giants in New York City, embarked on the journey of committing themselves to AppViewX. They infused the venture with technology best practices, an end user's perspective, and an abundance of passion. With a team of fewer than ten members, a clear vision, and a wealth of exceptional skills, they embarked on the mission to develop a powerful product. And indeed, they succeeded in doing just that.

Throughout the years, we have nurtured our diverse team, refined our automation platform, and expanded our global presence to encompass India, North America, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Today, our headquarters reside in New York City, and we have traversed a substantial path, leveraging opportunities to cultivate enduring relationships with Fortune 500 companies, solidifying unwavering trust from our customers along the journey.
