Pros
Competitive pay, 401K match, good benefits. Safety is very important. Lots of time off for those who work 12-hr shifts, get half the year off. Good shift differential for those on nights.Cons
It's a 24/7 facility so half the production workers are night shift (no day to night shift rotation). Production shifts have a 2 week rotation so you get 3-day weekend every other weekend.Similar companies to Arauco
