- extremely supportive regarding W/L balance -everyone here is a go getter. It’s almost intimidating how every person you will collaborate with here gives it there all even in the smallest tasks. -great salary, yearly possibility for bonus -career development is high encouraged -CEO’s vision is easy to get behind and you can tell he lives what he preaches. -quarterly offsites to get w/ department and collab/plan -free product. -it can feel like a constant sprint with how fast things move and how high the expectation is (motivating for sure tho). While W/L balance is encouraged and you can honestly ask for a mental health day whenever, the speed of things at times doesn’t allow for much daily team synergy as everyone is typically in go mode on their own work. -not many/if any company wide events to meet in person.
